We are currently looking for a:
International Sales Director
Activities and responsibilities:
Leadership and coordination of the international sales team
Development and implementation of sales strategies and targets
Direct supervision of the main customers and distributors, as well as the management of all the other accounts
Search for new market opportunities for the company
Analysis and evaluation of sales performance and cost monitoring
Design and implementation of new more effective procedures
Supervision of the preparation of commercial material and promotional programs
Maintaining positive relationships with partners, vendors and distributors
Profile required:
Background on the sale of luxury goods
5-10 years in a senior role in the sales area leading an international team
Experience in negotiation, contracts and change management
Outgoing, ambitious with strong communicative and motivational skills
Available in flexible work shifts and international travel
Advanced level of written and spoken English
Advanced computer skills, especially in the use of Microsoft Excel
In-depth knowledge of the company profile and interest in the business
Place of work:
The successful candidate will work in one of our European offices in Berlin, Cologne, London or Paris.
